2016 - New Beginning

Happy New Year my friends. I still can't believe we are in 2016. I found this particular picture on Google and the minute I saw it, I thought to myself this is what my year will be like. I have exciting projects coming up, it's taken a long time to develop some, and also I turn 30 years old, which is an unbelievable feeling :)

I would like to wish you all a HAPPY, BLESSED, PEACEFUL & ABUNDANT UNIVERSE. I believe we will all find success in all areas of our lives.

Keep dancing
Keep laughing, and most of all.....
Give Love

And one last thing I will leave you with is: Follow your bliss and the Universe will open doors where there were only Walls.

A little bit of magic...

You get certain people who come into your life, and make it feel like magic. Giving birth and having my daughter that was a scary kind of magic, because you don’t know what you in for, and then you end up figuring it out.  Meeting friends who make you feel like you can be whoever you want to be, that is a special kind of magic. Then there are those people who've always been there, in the background, hiding or shining from a far distance, and then one day, the Universe decided it’s time for them to come a little closer, they listen to your stories and share they own stories, they make you laugh, they see things in you that you never saw in yourself, or never took the time to look at, they give you a sense of purpose.  I say if you have one of those in your life, those “beautiful kind of magic” people, keep them, love them unconditionally without expectation, listen to them, hear them and most of don’t ever ever ever let them go, they are brought to you by the Universe for a specific reason. 

We all magic to someone, we all bring an essence of some sort, I have been grateful in my life to have people like that and to be that little bit of magic too.

Here is my message to my magicians:

Thank you for being my magicians, thank you for the good, bad, funny and  laughable times, let us continue to create more magic, in this journey we call life, I will continue to bring my bit of magic to you, and to share many many more good things with you all. I love you. I treasure you. Thank you

YOU CAN......Speaking POSITIVE to yourself...

 I read a quote(which is on my bio), about us humans investing more time in things that we don't want, and the things we do want and deserve we don't spend our energy on, because we have been told that we "should be afraid" and "you can't get everything you want in life, I urge you to stop thinking like that.

We gotta get out of this mindset of making excuses. "I want a good body, but I don't have TIME", I want to do more fun things with my life, but I don't have TIME" we all have done or said this at some point in our lives, we might have said it just now, because that is how we have been conditioned, to complain, and worry so we can seek more things to complain about. We have to get out of that mindset, we CAN create our own lives by changing our thoughts,  YOU CAN get that hot body, YOU CAN have financial freedom, YOU CAN go on that adventure, you have to start preaching an I CAN attitude in everything you do in your life. You have to believe in yourself and in doing so CHANGE your mind and how you look at yourself, no-one said it was going to be easy, but you got to start somewhere.

I came across The Secret, I'm a skeptic-risk-taker-worrier, but I can tell you, that book opened my eyes to how I was living and speaking to me, I won't say I have changed my way of thinking completely, it's a work in progress, but I know I CAN do anything I put my mind to.

So you, yes YOU, that's reading this, YOU CAN do anything you want in your life YOU just got to BELIEVE AND HAVE FAITH.

YOU are beautiful in all your ways and LIFE happens now, not tomorrow

May you never lose your wonder..

It's Friday morning, I woke up with this huge smile on face partly because, I've been practicing this whole changing my thoughts and being One with the Universe. Anyway, I'm listening to this song called Wonder, from Bethel Music,I caught on these amazing words"May we never lose our wonder, wide eyes and mystified, may we be just like a child", and I'm reminded about how we work so hard that we forget that young, innocent voice inside of all us, that wants to be set free.

I urge you as you move along in this Beauty we call Life, never be afraid to let that inner child out and be free to enjoy Life,  you deserve all that you want, you are beautiful, smart, intelligent and are destined for things bigger than you can ever imagine. God is wonderful and Life is amazing, never be afraid to Live, I have spent my life living in fear and afraid, and as I embark on this journey of finding, and exploring, I'm reminded to never forget to be carefree.

I love you all, may your journey through Life be a beautiful and pleasant ride.

Welcome to the beginning of FUN!

As per my introduction, my name is Mimi Mniki, I'm turning 29 this year, and I kind of starting freaking out about it. I look at my life from the age of 17 till now, and it's been a roller coaster, I've had a kid, I've changed jobs, I've loved and I've lost, I've grown spiritually but most of all, I never stopped believing that I was destined for something bigger than me.  I've always wanted to own my own fashion store, design clothes and just run an empire, I sing too, so that was another dream of mine to just sing my heart out,  try and change the world and bring hope to so many who feel like life has failed them or is failing them, that's me I want to change the world one voice/fashionista at a time.

So, I welcome you to my page, I don't consider myself a writer, I'm just a young woman, who wants to speak out, share and say what's in her heart without being criticized or judged. One thing I gotta say is, I welcome all comments and shares, but let's all try and be positive and not spread negative love here, this is a space for anyone to share they hopes, dreams, things troubling them anything that will encourage and uplift someone else.

I hope to make you all laugh, cry(happy tears), relate, grow a community of friends, sisters, lovers and just good people who trying to make the world a better place one community at a time. .
